Since you have the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Trailer Connector Adapter - 7-Way to 6-Way, 5-Way or 4-Way # HM47570 this should be an easy fix. The bottom of the adapter has the Quick-Change wiring plug to switch the 6-pole wiring codes. Remove the plug , turn it and replace it. This will switch to a center-pin-hot design from center-pin-brake design, or vice versa.

I've spoken with Furrion in the past about audio issues with the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS43TASF and found that most of the time the voltage running to the camera is the issue.
